Congratulations to Mason and Julia Caroline for winning their age groups in the 2012 Jefferson County Watermelon Festival Kids’ Photo Contest.
This is a pretty big deal in our little community, and the competition serves as a fundraiser for the festival committee.
My favorite part is seeing all of the photos hanging in the Opera House window in the middle of town. Lots of people stop and stare at the adorableness!
Mason is now 2/3 winning the photo contest, and Miss Julia is 2/2. That makes for one proud mommy.
